This place was so cute with a unique menu! So excited to see einspanner! We tried the iced vanilla (very smooth) and hot vanilla (rich and creamy) einspanners. Both were lovely to drink, had plenty of espresso flavor, and not too sweet! The staff was super happy and kind! Definitely check it out

Way better choice than Starbucks and is close to a bunch of hotels. If you're a traveler and really like a good cup o'Joe come and support local.

Me and my friend went to the Grind with our babies. We loved atmosphere, it was a little packed. However we got s good table to chill and drink some coffee. The only negative thing is there is no changing table. What a bummer!!! My coffee got cold because I was changing my baby in her stroller and they made me a new one at no charge. That's why they get a 5 stars. Please please consider a changing table.

If I could give more stars I would. My barista was Andy and he was spot on with the coffee. I was only in town for 2 days but I visited for coffee and fresh macaroons 3 times. Best macaroons I've ever eaten, including bakery's in places like Spain.

Was in Midland for the day, and happened to look up coffee places in the area. Thankfully, the one I had in mind was closed! I came across one that is new, that I had not heard of. Walked into a super nice, sleek, modern coffee shop. They have drinks I have never heard of before. I ordered the caramel Einspanner. It was PERFECT. Told them not too sweet and the whip on the top was delicious. The gentlemen and lady working were soooo sweet and welcoming. It's nice to go into a place that is local and not a chain, especially in our area. I will definitely be back for more. This definitely was a treat! Thank you so much for being so kind and the excellent customer service!!

Great place to visit. I purchased the Latte Einspanner. This is a great shop that opens not too long ago and I'm very happy with it. I've visited every time I come to a Midland. It's worth a shot and definitely great service.

TLDR: an elevated coffee experience that's a welcome break from the big chain joints. Coffee shops are popping up all over the 432 these days, but this one isn't a big chain with a drive through window. Their menu is limited but focused, service is friendly, and beverage quality is superb. My wife got a brown sugar oat milk latte. The brown en sugar syrup tastes house made or at least very good quality. I'm not much of a flavored latte guy, but my wife loves these kind of drinks and she is very gruntled with what she was served. The flash brew looks more like iced tea than most iced or cold brew coffees, most likely because their using a lighter roasted Ethiopian bean and aren't brewing at concentrate strength. You catch the delicate nuances in this particular coffee, which is a welcome and refreshing break from some of the dark roasted cold coffees you find most other places. I wouldn't want any dairy in this. It's nearly perfect as-is. Even though I had the large flash brew, I got curious and ordered an espresso just to see how good a shot they pull. The espresso was complex, creamy and bright. I didn't ask what kind of coffee beans they're using because it's a busy Saturday morning but if you enjoy modern third-wave shots, they've got you covered. Hazelnut iced Einspanner is AMAZING. Must try. We will be back for sure. The ambience is comfortable, cured and welcoming. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. Trust their recommendations and you will not be disappointed.
